CONDITION -  This is missing parts and the indicator is very difficult to move.  It feels like there is hard grease or something keeping the indicator from moving. I think you'll have to disassemble and clean it, or use it for parts.  You can see there are empty spaces in the case for parts that are missing.  The ID adapter is missing a nut to mount, but the little pin is there.   Please review the pics and assess the condition for yourself as well,  see in pics. 

RETURNS - I accept returns for any reason. If I've made a mistake, shipping costs are on me. For all other returns, buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Returns aren't fun for either of us,  so let's double check fit before making a purchase.  I comply with all applicable return policies required by the selling platform. SHIPPING - I ship Monday through Friday.  I try to get most orders shipped out within 1 business day.  Orders placed on Friday afternoon will go out on Monday.  If you have an upcoming race or ride and have a special shipping request, I'll do my best to make it happen.
