Manual: Slight curling at the corners (see the second photo), but generally in very good shape.
Disc: Very good.
Case: Very good apart from a minor crease along the rear top (I didn't notice when taking photos, but I'm happy to take a photo if anyone wants one).
Insert: Also very good.
