If the raw card value is less than $20 at time of listing we may ship via the

eBay Standard Envelope Program.

The eBay Standard Envelope Program is an economy service that uses the sorting machines at the post office to track progress. It is not always completely accurate and is a slight upgrade over typical PWE purchases because it does offer some tracking. In some cases, you do need to be patient as these are treated as bulk economy mail and can take up to 30 days for delivery.
