I believe the year was 1944 when printed.   This is the little book from Endicott Johnson, portraying a Golden Jubilee Celebration of Endicott Johnson Workers.  It says the entire community joined in the march, 40,000 marchers, and 150,000 spectators.  The book is slightly dirty on the outside, but overall, it is in pretty nice condition.  Straight and clean on the inside.  Please feel free to ask any questions.
