Payment

Please use the payment options available on eBay. Make sure your payment is received by us within 7 days after the end of the auction / after your purchase. If payment is not received in time, we may cancel your purchase and relist the item on eBay.

Shipping

Combined shipping

We offer combined shipping up to 2 kg. We will never charge more than the actual shipping costs.
For shipments above 2 kg, we will contact you to discuss the best and most cost-efficient shipping method.

If you want combined shipping, do NOT pay directly after your winning bid or purchase. Once a payment is received, we are required to ship those items separately according to eBay rules.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days. The buyer pays for return shipping and is responsible for safe and adequate packaging. The product must be received by us in the same condition as it was originally delivered.
