This auction is for a HP Proliant Microserver Gen8 server

 

The server was previously running Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials (recovery media included, although the COA on the chassis was damaged) – this is now end of life so I’ve installed an evaluation of Windows Server 2022 which I had running with the Hyper-V role enabled without any issues.

I have configured the disks as a RAID 1+0 volume giving 4TB redundant storage, with two logical drives set up on the controller giving a 100GB boot drive and the remainder as a data drive.

The server also has a licence for iLO Advanced so there is the functionality for full console access via a dedicated network link even if the server is in a standby state.
