I am selling at a low price due to not having the time to finish the small bits and pieces to make it mint. There was rot in a front panel now replaced and a new kitchen fitted. On the outside it could do with being repainted as the fiberglass coating on the wood is a slightly different shade. The red paintwork is faded or cracked. Tyres all in good condition and a spare.

Tested as class 4 last few years as used as motorhome. 

Has roof terrace. Will come with full kit. Has stabilising legs. Has drop down ramp, currently has a motorbike in horse stalls. Fridge, cooker grill, toilet is a portable potti but has the door for a fixed unit to be fitted and shower.

The fuel gauge doesn't work after fuel was stolen. This might be an easy fix for someone with time. Recently had the headlight bowls re chromed, new exhaust, new suspension airbags fitted, new check straps, mechanically it is robust and well maintained. Main work required is cosmetic.

If everything is removed from the back a Ford Ka can fit in the back up to the stairs. Low tax and insurance. Non turbo economical wagon.

Drives smooth, genuine low milage 100,000km so around 60,000-70,000 miles. 

With all the bits sorted it is easily worth double and first to see will buy.

Edit** I forgot to mention the power set ups. It has a standard hookup for campsites for 240v. It also has a 240v built in generator low hours onan/kubota. There is also a wind turbine a marlec can't remember what kind used to charge batteries to run a tv when off grid. Built in erberpacher heater also a roof mount heat or cold unit (no gas in it so it doesn't get cold just blows cool air).
