Short Circuit / Ground Circuit SignalCharacteristics
1.Strongest When Flowing Through a Single WireSignal strength is maximized when current travels through asingle wire,as the entire signal returns to the battery'snegative terminal via that same wire. lf the current divergesinto parallel branches, the signal disperses, weakening thecurrent signal in each branch. However, when the currenteventually converges through a unified negative line andreturns to the battery, the signal strength reaches its maximumagain because all signals reunite in the same path.
2.Travel Along the Path of Least ResistanceIf a short circuit causes the fuse to blow, it is sometimes unnec-essary to isolate the circuit. The majority of the signal wilreturn to the battery through the short circuit point along thepath with the least resistance. As shown in the diagram, thevast majority of the signal actually flows through the shortcircuit channel, with only a small portion passing through theparallel wire.
3.4kHz Polarization Signal
Indeed, the ground circuit signal is a 4kHz polarized signal, which provides directional information to the receiver. Thiscapability can indicate the direction of a short circuit or groundfault, eliminating the need for guesswork when tracing groundcircuits.(Refer to "Short Circuit Direction")
4.lt Delivers a Current of Just 100mAWhen generating a short/ground circuit signal, a maximum of100mA will flow from the signal source. This prevents damageto sensitive computer circuits and ensures your safety.
