Precaution

- Do not forcibly open the protective cover; wait for the red arrow to align with the outlet.

Features & Advantages
Control Panel
The control panel is simple in structure and easy to operate, integrates the control button, E-stop switch, power indicator and foot pedal, ensures clear and independent control over the machine and reduces the misoperation.
Workbench
The workbench is firm, durable and easy to clean. Precise scale marks and the adjustable baffle are designed on the surface of the workbench, effectively improving the tying precision and uniformity and reducing the tying error and meeting different tying demands.
Thread Supply Mechanism
The thread supply mechanism can achieve smooth thread feeding, effectively prevents the thread from being arranged disorderly, ensures convenient replacement of thread spools and improves the tying efficiency and quality.
Machine Body
The machine body is made of high-quality stainless steel materials, effectively improving the structural strength and durability, achieving wear, corrosion and rust corrosion and facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
Operation Method
1. Preparation
(1) Place the machine on a stable and level work surface.
(2) Ensure the emergency stop button is pressed down (in the locked position).
2. Thread Loading
(1) Open the protective cover.
(2) Rotate the thread spool by hand, place the assist lever on the top, and guide the thread to pass through the guides.
(3) Close the protective cover.
(4) Clean the machine thoroughly before first use.
3. Power On
(1) Plug in the power cord and connect the foot pedal switch.
(2) Turn the emergency stop button clockwise to release it (it will pop up). The power indicator light will be on.
4. Tying Operation
(1) Set the boat-shaped switch to the position "I".
(2) Insert the sausage into the outlet. Each press of the foot pedal will rotate the spool for 4 times, and a single knot is tied.
(3) Adjust the front spring pressure screw to achieve your desired knot tightness.
5. Thread Replacement
(1) When the thread runs out, open the protective cover.
(2) Take the new thread end and wrap it for 3 full turns around the nylon wheel.
(3) Switch the boat-shaped switch to position "II", then hold down the foot pedal to wind the thread evenly onto the wheel.
6. Safety Note
(1) Only open/close the protective cover when the red arrow is aligned with the sausage outlet.
(2) To position the arrow, press the foot pedal to rotate the spool, and then press the emergency stop button once it is aligned.
7. After Use
(1) Press the emergency stop button to cut off the power.
(2) Unplug the machine and clean all food-contact surfaces thoroughly.

Returns & Exchanges
▲ All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.
▲ Items returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be charged.
▲ Returns that are the result of our seller's error: Buyer will receive a full refund of the item as well as shipping charges

Defective & Damaged Products
▲ If product was received damaged or not as described, please send us some pictures or videos, so we could well understand your problem, then solve them for you ASAP. Besides, it's much helpful for us to claim with UPS, remind our related department to pay much more attention to packaging later on. Hope for your understanding.
▲ Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
▲ If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number as above.
eCheck Issues: Payments via eCheck do not clear immediately. Usually you will wait 5-7 days after checkout for it to clear. Then we will arrange shipments for you.
▲ 6 months' warranty for the machines, not for the consumables. We stand behind our products all the item, so even if your warranty period has expired, you can still seek for service or technical support from us with low cost.
▲ Any warranty shipping cost to us is responsible by buyer.
