WR-15 Waveguide  50-75GHz  Harmonic Mixer

I measured the mixer loss using my Anritsu MS2850A Signal analyzer and Anristu MS2687B Spectrum Analyzer. 

This mixer is originally designed for 3-port use, but for this project, the LO port has been shorted to allow it to be used as a 2-port mixer in combination with a spectrum analyzer. I obtained data using it in combination with my Anritsu MS2687B. Please see the attached frequency response. It is usable in the 50-75GHz band, of course, but it can also be used in the 40-80GHz band with only a slight increase in loss. Measurement values ​​will vary depending on the spectrum analyzer used, so please use this data as a reference. Adding a coaxial attenuator of about 1-3dB to the mixer's IF/LO terminals may improve the mixer characteristics, so please try it.

When using this mixer with 3 ports, the IF can be used up to 26GHz.
