Operating Procedures:

1. The Joystick Is Leveled To Separate The Upper And Lower Pressure Rollers To Prevent The Pressure Roller From Idling And Damaging The Machine After Starting The Machine.

2. Turn On The Power And Turn On The Power Switch.

3. Set The Temperature First. For Materials Above 1mm, The Temperature Is Adjusted To About 350 Degrees. When The Indicator Light On The Control Box Is Red, It Is Heating.

4. Adjust The Welding Speed According To The Thickness Of The Material. According To The Normal 1mm Material, The Speed Is Adjusted To About 2.5m.

5. When The Red Light Of The Control Box Turns To Green, Put The Materials In From The Left And Right Sides Of The Machine, And The Joystick Is Driven From Bottom To Top, And It Is 90 Degrees To The Ground.

6. Adjust The Speed According To The Welding Effect, The Temperature Is High And The Speed Is Fast, On The Contrary, The Temperature Is Low And The Speed Is Slow (Try Not To Adjust The Speed And Temperature In The Middle,

Set The Temperature First When Turning On, If The Material Is Thinner Or The First-Time Operation, Set The Temperature Lower When Turning On)

7. After The Welding Is Completed, Immediately Level The Joystick To Separate The Upper And Lower Pressure Wheels (To Prevent The Pressure Roller From Being Burned By High Temperature), Then Adjust The Temperature Speed To The Lowest, And Finally Shut Down And Unplug The Power Supply.
