Application
This metal bending tool can be used to make 0.01-0.04-inch sheet metal for 0-90° bending angles. The recommended fold height is 1/2-5 inches. It is suitable for bending straight bends of an infinite length up to the very ends of a straight panel length. It can be used for kiosks, garage rain deflectors, roof rain covers, and more!

 

How to Use
1.Lock the lift plate to the shaft leg at the desired bend height to accurately align all drum depths.
2.Grasp the tool by the handle and slide it onto the edge of the material. Ensure that the material fits snugly against the bottom of the tool V-shaped roller assembly.
3.Gradually apply bending pressure while rolling the tool along the edge of the material. Each time bend the material upwards by approximately 10-20 degrees. For a 90-degree bend, you should plan to have the tool run back and forth at least 5 to 8 times.
4.Allow the outer set of rollers to slide off the bend as you reach the end of the material and then reverse direction. This will produce a more uniform bend.
