Application

This product is capable of bending metal roofing materials such as steel, aluminum, and copper, enabling 0.3-1 mm metal sheets to achieve bending angles ranging from 0 to 90 degrees. It is also suitable for making kiosks, garage rain deflectors, gutter splash guards, roof rain deflectors, and more.

 

How to Use

  • Lock the lift plate to the shaft leg at the desired bend height to accurately align all drum depths.
  • Grasp the tool by the handle and slide it onto the edge of the material. Ensure that the material fits snugly against the bottom of the tool V-Shaped roller assembly.
  • Gradually apply bending pressure while rolling the tool along the edge of the material. Each time, bend the material upwards by approximately 10-20 degrees. For a 90-degree bend, you should plan to have the tool runs back and forth at least 5 to 8 times.
  • Allow the outer set of rollers to slide off the bend as you reach the end of the material, and then reverse direction. This will produce a more uniform bend.
