J Chein "Lefty" very rare version whip carnival amusement park wind up toy from 1952.

The toy was immediately recalled and reworked to satisfy the right handed population, making this version extremely scarce to find.

This toy does wind up and work, however, the original yellow band is too stretched out to move the buggies.
All bobbleheads are intact.
