This listing is for Giant Size Defenders 5 from July of 1975.  In addition to the main story team up of The Defenders & The Guardians Of The Galaxy, this issue also includes a reprint of Nighthawk's origin from Daredevil #62.  I am the original owner of this comic.  It has been in storage since 1993.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed!   

This comic's cover is glossy, reflects light beautifully and the only defect I see is a tiny printing flaw on the bottom right edge, just to the right of the car.  The indicia on the spine is perfectly centered.  The interior pages are yellowed with bright vivid color, see scans.  This is a great copy of this issue!
