Beautiful. The waist is gathered and stretches  but does not seem to be elastic. I am not finding any flaws on fabric or beads. Size M/L.  Hand wash. Snaps at crotch. Armpit to armpit is about 21 to 22". Waist area  stretches from 17 to 19" lying flat.
