Verascope SN 32645, Tess Sns 101645 and 101657 (it is typical for verascope lens serial numbers to be seperated by 10-20 suggesting selection of matched pairs rather than extremely repeatable manufacture as needed for always sequential matching). It was sold to me as a model 8 which is defined by a 1/400 top speed and a table in the case dated 1973 listed the speeds versus dial location, but I cant verify this. Circa 1924 is my gueuss. The illustration in the pictures is from a 36-page booklet O H Sampson published in 1924 in the USA (not included - booklet or USA).
The condition of the verascope is far better than most i've seen. the lenes are clear. there are orange filters fitted behind the lens. the sealing felt is in excellent condition. the shutter fires, but speeds untested. The downward internal viewfinder is opaque - see picture it looks like condensation, but could be separation separation. The external viewfinder is great. Bubble levels are working. Bluing is beautiful.
The case is also in great condition.
