Excellent condition.  No chips.  Beneath the feet you will notice a dark square.  This is a piece of tape my mother applied to the figurine so she could remember who gave it to her, where it came from, and the year she received it as a gift. (The figurine was a souvenir gift to her, from her nephew "Butch," who bought it at Disney World, in 1973.)  Please look at the last photo to confirm this.
