Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground service. Faster shipping is available upon request. Please contact me prior to making payment if you would like expedited shipping so that I may quote you the additional shipping charges. 

Items normally ship only during business hours, which are Monday through Friday 7:00am- 3:00pm EST. In some instances, I will ship items on weekends. Orders made late in the day or after hours will typically ship the next business day, However, please allow 2 business days for shipping. Tracking information will be provided when available. 

I will ship internationally through the Ebay international shipping portal.


PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

This item has a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery.

Customers must notify me of their intention to return product within 7 days of delivery date, by contacting me via the original selling platform. 

Customers must provide the make, model, and serial number of any items they wish to return, the original sales order, invoice number or eBay item number, as well as the reason for return.  

Customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping and all costs incurred for returns to me with the exceptions of: Returns for defective products that are DOA or items that do not meet or match the description as stated in the listing at time of sale. For returns due to these reasons, I will provide return shipment labels to the customer. Customers requiring return shipping labels must provide their shipping address (must be a physical address - no P.O. Boxes) at the time of their return request. This includes company name, street address, city, state, postal/zip code, phone number, and valid email address. All costs for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international will be the responsibility of the customer.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
    The item must be received by us prior to a refund being issued.
    Be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
    Include all items that were in the original packaging.

I will issue a refund after receipt of the returned item per the above requirements. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
