This is a vintage original CharmGlow topper for a gas lamppost probably 1960s or so, in Excellent condition?

This came with my parent's house when they bought it back in the 80s.

This lamp topper also comes with a pristine glass enclosure.  Difficult to find one of these in this kind of condition.
