• Description:  This has an elastic waist and permanent pleats going down the entire skirt - fully lined. Best thing about this no wrinkles so it's perfect for travel, vacation, career, casual, you'll look great all day and the lining is a wonderful soft stretch fabric.
• Fabric:  100% polyester, 65% polyester 35% rayon lining it's a crinkle permanent pleated fabric so it needs no ironing. Dry clean.  Not sure why, if it was mine I'd hand wash hang to dry.
