Great condition for its age. Had a final playthrough last week. No problems. 

Case in great condition. Manual and Konami booklet in good condition, no stains or rips, just a bit of normal handling rumples.

Disc is good shape. A few minor surface marks which were on it when I got it. Plays all the endings. 

I will buy another copy in the future, because it's such a good game.Many say, the best in the series.
