Knurling is in great shape, is stamped EFD with a ^ on the top plate. Some light discoloration and pitting on the exterior of the ears. 

No bluing left on it, but no heavy rust. Has scuffs and edge wear, last of these were on issue rifles during the WW 1 refit or use in Ireland after the great war. This one looks better than the one on my Mk 1***, but I'm not taking that one apart to replace it.

Sold As-is. Will insure for purchase value. Shipping shouldn't be much.

I will include a set of metric screws that will fit, but will need to be sized. There is a crazy small metric pitch that works on these oddball Enfield screw threads. The screws aren't correct, but will keep the part on an original or replacement Mk 1 rear handguard.

*Prestigious Wood Stocks makes rear handguards for these, but I don't think they have hardware.
