Shipping method and terms:

Will be shipped in sleeve and toploader via standard letter mail (a stamped #6 envelope) so there is NO tracking. Will combine up to 5 items in a single envelope using a semi-rigid holder if combined they are less than the USPS requirements for letter mail. I will upgrade to ebay standard envelope with tracking or USPS ground advantage package at my discretion based on the value of the order, I will cover this at my cost. If you want a specific shipping method, request an invoice stating that BEFORE YOU PAY and at your cost I will ship any method you want. Any requests for specific packing or shipping made after payment will not be acknowledged nor honored.

USPS occasionally faces delays up to 1 week in processing both packages and letter mail for seemingly no reason whatsover. Movement of the items can also be delayed further in different regions due to weather, protests, or other matters. The ebay delivery estimate is often innacurate and not aligned with USPS estimated delivery estimates, especially around major holidays. Occasionally it will even show the earliest part of the delivery window before I'm even due to ship the item which is obviously impossible. Please understand that items may arrive 2-3 WEEKS after the latest expected arrival date from ebay. I will always get the items shipped as soon as possible but please consider that items may not arrive in a timely manner before bidding. 

If you feel the need to make an item not received request as soon as possible (the day after the ebay estimated delivery window) first, understand that I am not that giant ecommerce conglomerate with warehouses all over the world and my own shipping services and I cannot and do not guarantee the items arrive in that estimated window. I can only guarantee that if I marked it shipped in the system, it has been shipped. If you make an item not received request asking for a refund as soon as possible and are not willing to wait at least a few more days for the item to arrive after I respond I will close the request with a refund, but then will no longer want your business. If you tell me you are willing to wait a week or so but then escalate to ebay after 2 days without giving me the chance to close the request with a refund, I will also no longer want your business.

POSTAGE DUE: If you receive an item from me with postage due, this is a mistake by USPS, please do not pay it. I have worked through these issues over years of selling this way and all my envelope shipments meet the USPS requirements for letter mail. All my envelope shipments are put through a 1/4 inch slot and weighed and I do not ship thick cards which are too rigid via this method at all. If you receive an envelope stamped postage due (non machinable surcharge or wrongly classified as a package) from me at your door do not pay the carrier to accept the item, instead ask for a postage due slip to bring to the post office. If you are willing, go to the post office and challenge the postage due with the clerk, most likely they will take one look at the envelope, realize their error and just give you the item without any payment. If you are not willing to do this or they refuse to admit their mistake, you should refuse delivery of the item and it will be returned to me where I will go complain to my post office and either reship or refund you.
