All of my items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home. I always check every item before I list it and before I ship it, and try to photograph any flaws or defects. Please check the pictures closely before purchasing. All measurements are approximate, I try to get them close as possible, but I can be off 1/4 inch either way. I always try to message the buyer after purchasing just to touch base, let you know I received your order and to let you know when I will be shipping your item. Unless stated “NEW”, everything else is in used condition. Most of my items are breakable and I pack and ship everything myself. I always pack each item with care and should survive any mishaps from handling. I use the United States Postal Service for my shipping and mostly use the ground shipping option because it’s the least expensive.
