Piece was gifted to me with many other vintage antique pieces and I am simply downsizing my collection.   
I used as a small vase, as this piece is missing the original stopper, to hold artificial florals, during springtime season., then stored away. 

Stored in clean temperature-controlled environment. I see nor feel any hobnail breakage. No chips nicks cracks noted. The top, neck portion remains smooth to the touch. The inner portion shows slight cologne residue. 

Please keep in mind that most glassware of this era could have various signs of imperfections in the manufacturing / molding process such as air bubbles, ash marks, maker tool marks, mold lines etc.
