Rose – A Taste of Neptune (1977 Canadian Prog/Hard Rock LP) – Near Mint Vinyl, Excellent Jacket, VG+ Cover
Up for grabs is a fantastic original 1977 Canadian pressing of Rose – A Taste of Neptune (Polydor 2424 136), the sophomore album from the Ontario prog/hard rock band. This cult classic blends polished AOR arena rock with progressive touches—think Styx meets Boston with killer guitar solos, soaring keys, and epic builds. Tracks like the driving "Ride Away," the anthemic "Snakes and Ladders," the melodic "Aquarian," and the closer "Yet It Follows Me Still" showcase their evolution toward a bigger, radio-friendly sound.
