All parts move, lock, and operate smoothly.
The counterbalance has 10 adjustment levels.
The pan and tilt viscosity adjustment dials both have 3 adjustment levels.
However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy.
The spirit level is working, but the illumination cannot be tested as we do not have batteries on hand.
