WR-10 Waveguide  60-110GHz  Harmonic Mixer (OK to Use 220GHz)

I measured the conversion loss of the mixer in combination with my Anritsu MS2687B Spectrum analyzer.

This mixer was manufactured by a company specializing in millimeter-wave equipment in Japan. The input waveguide is a WR10, so it's originally intended for 75-110 GHz. However, as the data shows, it was usable in the 60-110 GHz range. Please see the attached data. Measurements were taken in the 60-90 GHz and 75-110 GHz bands. The optimal LO level can be adjusted by connecting a 1-3 dB coaxial attenuator to the mixer's LO terminal. This will vary depending on the spectrum analyzer used. While the frequency response of this mixer may have some slight fluctuations compared to those from specialized manufacturers, it is still perfectly usable. We observed 150 GHz and 200 GHz with this mixer. An OML 140-220 GHz frequency multiplier was used. As shown in the attached photo, the mixer loss was 65 dB. It appears it could also be used in the D-band 110-170 GHz.
