• We use new and clean recycled packing materials and boxes.

• Your item(s) have been stored in clean non-smoking environment while in our possession.  Of course, items that we obtained second-hand may have had exposure. We do clean second-hand items when possible.

• Photos may not show the exact color shades of the items.  

• We are careful to disclose any defects we find.

• Some of our listings provide to you a choice of quantity of items.  In these situations, it is impossible for us to determine the shipping cost until the order is packed and eBay's calculator is usually inaccurate, especially if the carton becomes large.  So once the order is shipped, we will refund any excess shipping charges that eBay charged you.  The same applies if you buy more than one listing from us at the same time and we are able to combine the orders into one carton.
