• During operation, be sure to wear high-temperature-resistant protective gloves and goggles to avoid burns and splash injuries.
• Do not leave the machine unattended during operation.
• After operation, be sure to disconnect the power supply, and store the equipment after the welding plate cools down completely.
• After each welding, timely remove the molten slag remaining on the welding plate with a special scraper to avoid affecting the heating efficiency and welding quality.
• Do not touch the welding plate and high-temperature profiles to avoid burns.
• During mullion V-shaped welding, ensure precise alignment of section notches and tight combination of the V-shaped corners.
• The welding plate needs to completely cover the V-shaped weld joint and ensures the two sides are molten evenly.

• Press the sections with the press legs, align with the joints and lock the sections.
• Connect the control box to the 220V single-phase power supply with reliable grounding.
• Turn on the power switch, adjust the temperature to an appropriate value and preheat the welding plate.
• After the temperature reaches the set value, hold the handle of the welding plate, stably insert the welding plate into the gap between the joints and ensure that the welding plate is completely attached to the sections on the two sides.
• Keep the heating state and observe the melting state of the sections.
• After the melting state meets the requirement, remove the welding plate, press the push handle to achieve positioning and tight press fit of the sections.
• Keep the press fit state to achieve sufficient cooling and shaping of the weld joint, and then release the push handle and press legs.
• After cooling and shaping of the weld joint, take out the welded product and remove residual molten slag.
• Turn off the control box, and disconnect the power supply. After the welding plate cools down completely, clean away the residual molten slag on the surface, and clean the whole machine thoroughly.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective & Damaged Products
