This is being sold as it is / for parts because of unscrupulous buyers.

It's a sealed toy from the late 90s.  It's being sold as a sealed collectible toy from the late 90s.

I see a package in fairly good condition with some scuffing, scratching, and residue smudging from price stickers. The corners and edges seem to be in solid condition, there has been no severe crushing or damage to this item.

I cannot verify if it's working because it's sealed in plastic. I cannot verify anything about the contents because they are sealed in plastic.

I will not accept a return on this if it is open or used.
