these measurements are exact measurements, you should have a reference item of clothing that you know the exact measurement of before purchasing. unfortunately the high street sizes that most of us genrally go buy are slightly smaller than the real measurements of those clothes

please keep that in mind, try and size up slightly

extra measurements are from the end of the fabric so around .5 inches should be allowed for tailoring

All items are used and some wear should be expected on the inside of the garments, outward wear will be mentioned to the best of my ability
