Shipping is strictly UK Mainland only

Small parcels are on a 24h tracked delivery service by DHL

(Delivery to the following postcodes incurs an additional charge:

AB, BT, HS, JE, KA, KW, PA, IM, IV, ZE)

Large freight deliveries (eg engines, gearboxes) are on a 48hour delivery via pallet

These are not timed and can be delivered on the arranged date 8am-6pm

Buyer must be present for delivery.

Redeliveries will incur a £25 redelivery charge which will be required prior to the pallet being redelivered again.

We will only ship to the address stated on the order details, this cannot be amended once the purchase has come through to us. If you require an alternative delivery address, please change this at checkout.

Collections in person must be selected at checkout

We require 1 hour notice of collection

QR collection codes must be presented upon arrival at reception

We will be unable to release any orders without a collection QR code.

Please open a return on eBay and select the correct reason for the return request.

All returns must be packaged and returned in the same condition as sent out in.

Buyer will be responsible for return postage if item does not fit or you have changed your mind.

All faulty items wherever possible, we will try to replace, failing to do so we will refund in full including any return postage.

*As long as the part has not been tampered with, the part must not be altered or modified and any items removed as this will void the returns policy. All items are marked with our unique markings and will be checked upon return. If the markings are not present as proof of the original item sent out this will void the returns policy as well.
