DELAYS AND UNFULFILLED PRE-ORDERS:

Should changes in global stock levels, or any other factors beyond our control, heavily delay or leave us unable to fulfil your pre-order items, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options, which may include an exchange of item or a cancellation of your pre-order.
Cancelled Pre-order Items, for reasons outside of our control, will be refunded to you in full in the form of Store Credit ONLY.

All sales do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international buyers. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
