Duncan Hines began his career rating restaurants that he frequented while traveling the U.S. He continued his pursuit of culinary entrepreneurship when the Duncan Hines label appeared on baked goods boxes.

ADVENTURES IN GOOD COOKING AND THE ART OF CARVING IN THE HOME features recipes from America's most iconic restaurants as well as from the kitchen's of Hines' friends etc.

The paperback was published in 1946 as a 14th printing.  Its covers show use as do a few of its interior pages (see last three photos).  It remains structurally sound and in good condition, especially considering its age:  80 years old.

ADVENTURES IN GOOD COOKING will be sent via USPS media mail.
