CARE BENEFITS:While our mugs and tumblers are supplied as dishwasher and microwave safe, exposure to high-temperature dishwasher cycles may affect the print. For best results, wash by hand or on a low-temperature cycle.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING Please allow up 3-5 business days for the production and printing of your item, prior to shipment.

RETURNS:Returns not accepted.  However, should you encounter any issues, we encourage you to reach out to us, as your satisfaction is our main priority.  In the unfortunate event of items arriving damaged, we provide a comprehensive guarantee of an exact product replacement.
