Terms of Sale, Returns & Delivery Information
By purchasing any item from our store, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. Completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these terms, regardless of whether the buyer has read them or not.
Product Condition
All items sold are new unless otherwise clearly stated in the listing description.
Product packaging may occasionally show minor storage or transportation marks due to warehouse handling; however, this does not affect the condition or functionality of the item.
Buyers should carefully review all listing photos and descriptions before purchasing.
Change of Mind Returns
Returns requested due to change of mind, accidental purchase, or ordering errors are accepted within the stated return period, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in the exact same condition as received;
- Original packaging must be included and remain undamaged;
- No labels, tape, stickers, writing, or markings are to be applied directly to the original packaging;
- Items must not show signs of use, wear, damage, modification, dismantling, or abuse.
Returned items must be complete with all accessories, chargers, manuals, fittings, cases, and supplied components.
Please ensure original packaging is protected with outer packaging during return transit.
A restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount where items require inspection, testing, cleaning, or repackaging due to the returned condition differing from the original dispatched condition.
Returned Items Inspection
Refunds may be reduced or refused if:
- The item has been used, damaged, opened, modified, dismantled, or tampered with;
- Parts or accessories are missing;
- Security seals or markings are missing or altered;
- The packaging has been damaged or covered with courier labels, tape, or stickers.
Faulty Items
If an item develops a fault or arrives damaged, buyers must contact us promptly with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Damage during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and original packaging must be retained for courier inspection if required.
Proper Use Disclaimer
All tools and equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and safety procedures.
We accept no liability for damage, injury, loss, or additional costs caused by misuse, incorrect operation, improper installation, or use outside intended applications.
Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched using the courier service selected at our discretion depending on item size, weight, value, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Courier delays may occasionally occur due to transport issues, weather conditions, high seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an item has been dispatched and tracking details have been uploaded, we cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays.
Buyers are kindly requested to allow sufficient time for delivery before opening “Item Not Received” requests.
A parcel will only be considered potentially lost after 10 working days from the estimated delivery date for UK deliveries.
Please ensure the delivery address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
Fraud Prevention
Serial numbers, security markings, and condition details are recorded prior to dispatch for fraud prevention purposes.
Any attempt to return substituted items, incomplete items, tampered products, or fraudulent returns will be reported through eBay and relevant authorities where appropriate.
