• Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
• All refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and diagnosed.
• All returns must be received in the same condition as they were shipped.
• If the device is not reset to factory settings before returning it, we will reach out to you for help with removing your Apple account from it. This will delay the issuance of the full refund, and a temporary 100% restock fee will be applied to the order until the device is successfully cleared.
