Princess Alexandra Kropotkin of Russia who arrived in this country yesterday with the intention of "helping to drive communism out of America." She is the sister of Prince Peter Kropotkin who, during the Czarist regime was an advocate of a conservative form of socialism. The princess will lecture in all parts of the United States taking the "trend of communism" as her subject.
Alexandra "Sasha" Kropotkin was a prominent New York-based writer, translator, and lecturer known for bringing Russian culinary culture to America. As the daughter of the famous anarchist Prince Peter Kropotkin, she was born in British exile, lived in Russia during the 1917 revolution, and later emigrated to the US, where she authored How to Cook and Eat in Russian
