Vtg Department 56 Advent Calendar: Christmas Tree w/ Wood Ornaments | AS IS

Thanks for visiting my listing! It is for the rare Dept. 56 advent calendar pictured. It is being sold AS IS. It is missing one of the wooden ornaments. The paper doors have considerable damage. Also it's missing the paper door #1 & #2. Otherwise, it is in pretty good condition. Please zoom in on the pics to be sure this advent calendar is generally up to your standards. The star tree topper is the last "ornament." It goes in box 24. Includes the attached star wand also.
