Ammeter function:
After the motor is running smoothly, slowly turn the overcurrent setting knob counterclockwise until the red indicator lights up, indicating 100% of the actual operating current. Turn the knob clockwise again until the red light just turns off, indicating approximately 103% of the actual operating current. Operation/Operation Indicator:
Relay trip: Red LED;
Power/Normal Operation: Green LED
Manual/Electric Reset
Press and hold the test button, the red LED illuminates, and the product will trip after the O-TIME period.
Pressing the RESET button or disconnecting the control power will de-energize the relay.
After installation, set the following settings:
D-TIME (delay time) 2-3 seconds longer than the motor start-up time.
O-TIME (overcurrent operation time) 10 seconds shorter than the motor overcurrent withstand time.
Load (rated current) 110% or higher and below 120% of the motor's rated current.
Test Instructions:
Press the test button, the red LED illuminates, and the product will trip after the O-TIME period.
Pressing the RESET button or disconnecting the control power will de-energize the relay.
Use a 05-type for CT (secondary side 5A) for CTs exceeding 60A.
