Manufactured by Great Dane Trailers Inc, in July, 1986. It has 20,000 lb axles, Refrigerated design so it's WELL insulated. We have used a small heat pump ac unit and an internal blower to heat and cool the trailer, making it climate controlled pack n ship area. The trailer has been up on blocks to preserve the tires. We replaced the overhead door with siding and an exterior door with numbered digital lockset. Pull to your destination, hook up to a 30A 240V service, add internet and you're in business! The trailer has been wired for lights, outlets, heat and air, and internet. Stairs on the back make for easy access and are both removable and they are included in the sale. Support blocks are also included in this sale.
The roof does not leak, although it's probably time for a recoat to keep it that way.
Internal insulation is awesome - the reefer walls and ceiling are super insulated - it holds temp real well.
Trailer is 48' long, with lights and shelving throughout. Like a TARDIS, bigger on the inside than you would expect!

Steel plate and epoxy-fill at the entrance covers a bad spot in the floor, so not suitable for fork lifts. Cushion matting at the computer stations for comfort. Security cameras included.
It's possible to do 5k a week out of this trailer, 10k if you are ambitious.
