This is a 1989 Hot Wheels unopened Yellow and silver tank basic wheel Peterbuilt Tank Truck (Shell Tampo) # 15.  Unopened.  Blister is clear and no cracks but there are small bump outs one the rear of the tank which is customary for this casting given the plastic fuel hoses that pull out.  Has speed points insert on bottom of the vehicle.  card not perfect has a crease and with customary bottom corner curling.  Please look at the photos.  I will be sure to put painters tape on the blister ends to protect your tanker in transit. and I will put your Tank Truck in a free protecto pac.
