Leonard was active in the 60s and 70s before it was bought out by Towle. It produced good quality silver-plate and here is a set in excellent condition, with no damage, no dents, no wear and complete silver-plate. The only issue is the tray which does have a few spots of oxidation around the rim, possibly its where water/condensation accumulated? but the 3 pieces are in perfect condition and are a lot heavier than the tray. The coffee pot has insulators on the handle to stop the heat being conducted so you can hold it safely. I don’t think this was much used and was probably displayed instead. I have dusted it but it can be polished to a high luster.
