The JPI Starr Model Agency 6½" Fashion Doll "Toya" is a vintage collectible from the 1990s, featuring black straight long hair, and brown eyes with turquoise eye shadow. She comes in her original packaging, unopened, making it a valuable addition to any doll collection. The bottom of the box has adhesive tape but it seems to be part of the original packaging. 

This African American fashion doll is part of the Starr Model Agency franchise, with 6 different model friends pictured on the back of the box. Her sparkly skirt comes off to reveal a bathing suit bottom and she has tiny white shoes to match her silvery outfit.

Toya's accessories include a model portfolio, Doll's composite photos, agency trading cards with Bio, doll stand, silver purse, and a purple comb & brush. Box has some slight wear, see pictures.
