2. One photo showing the item next to the original shipping label
   The label must be clearly readable.

3. Two photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
   Including visible exterior damage.

4. Close-up photos of the exact area of the claimed damage.

5. All photos must be original, unedited images uploaded directly through eBay.

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in the claim being denied in accordance with eBay and carrier policies.
