The stamp on the obverse was issued in 1976 (Scott #1643) and features the Bicentennial Era New York state flag.

 The stamp on the obverse was issued in 1964 (Scott#1244) and features "1964-65 New York World's Fair".

Copper-nickel proof coin and stamps were acquired separately then encased in a new coin holder for display and protection.
