The way hollister did the son on letters and left the material on the edges raw, once again just for the lettering style.

There are some strings showing on letters which is supposed to be part of the style, but if one does not like that rugged look, they could snip off strings, I will be leaving them there for those who like more of a grange look which was more the style in the early y2k era.
