2nd state "butcher cover"--single owner prior to my purchase--their last name is in the upper left corner. 

Cover grades a very presentable VG. In addition to the name in pen, there is some edge/corner wear (no splits) and generally signs of aging. The back cover has some chipping at the lower corner. There is no evidence that the a “peel” was ever attempted on the sleeve. 

Vinyl looks VG with average play wear but plays better than that—a little crackle evident between tracks on Side A—no skips, pops, or major flaws.
